The vision of the School Counseling Department at South Hamilton Community Schools is for students to become mindful, connected, responsible, and productive citizens.

The mission of the School Counseling Department at South Hamilton Elementary is to define, deliver, manage, and routinely assess an equitable, a data-driven, and a comprehensive school counseling program in a safe, supportive, and an optimistic environment that ensures all students demonstrate self- and social-awareness, self-regulation, keen relationship skills, and responsible decision-making now and in the future.
